Great find but I do not think this is applicable to DACA. USCIS typically has 90 days to approve a standalone I-765, therefore when an applicant asks for an expedite at 75 days, USCIS can act accordingly. But DACA applicants are not filing a standalone I-765 but rather are filing an I-821D with an I-765 and if the I-821D is granted, then USCIS approves your I-765. So, a DACA person asking USCIS to expedite their I-765 wont do much because they can't act on your I-765 until DACA has been approved. Therefore, in order for DACA applicants to get their cases expedited, the DACA renewal itself (I-821D) must expedited which I do not believe is possible right now.
