At that point, i was already 16 years and 7 months old.
I was also told that my case may have been particularly affected by the fact that i have multiple recorded entries from the time before i established residence at 16 years old. I traveled into the U.S. frequently, and a lot of times those entries were recorded with an I-94, so that's why it's particularly difficult for USCIS to determine whether it was a brief visit or an actual attempt to stay in the country.

Read this post very carefully.
Entered before age 16 - I-94 and your ID (passport?)will prove this
Under 15 as of June 15, 2012 - Same as above
Continuously resided in U.S. since June 15,2007 - no brainer, you just said u enrolled in school 2001. School records, bank statements, anything could prove this.
Physically present on June 15,2007 - ANYTHING really..like a phone bill. This requirement is obvious if you meet the previous one coz you're still in the country lol..but any type of bank statemrnt, cc statemrnt or anything can be used.
No lawful status on June 15, 2012 - LOL
High school diploma - you have this
Not convicted of felony
My question to you is, when is the LAST time you entered the US and is it stamped on i94? All I am saying is the reason you were told you're not eligible is not the reason. It's not even a requirement actually. You don't have to "establish residence before 16". You have to just enter before 16. Now if you traveled out after turning 16, the I will be honest I am not an expert on that but other than that the above requirements are the only thing you need to focus on.
