when i came to the US in 2003 with no visa or anything but the Honduran passport. i was 9. we got caught by ICE in the bus going to Florida from Texas. they took us (me, mom, aunt, cousin and other people who came with us illegally) to the ICE office where they took all the finger prints from the adults, except for me and cousin. they just asked us for our names. ICE asked us where we were going we said the truth, and said we had Fam in Florida. they let us all go. ICE took us to a church where they gave us Clothing then took us to the Bus station where we move on, got on a bus to Florida. 6 months later we received our court dates which we didn't go cause first of all it was in texas second of all cause we knew it was to get deported :/. so we didn't attend. after that i received a deportation letter. saying that i was banned for 10 years. so did everyone else who came with us. so where does that puts me? am I Enter with inspection? i really want to visit my birth country. but i feel scared. im confused about the new rule.. i hope someone understands.
