They are sending you a RFE - request for more evidence because they reviewed your case and decided that you did not submit enough evidence to prove you are eligible for DACA benefits.

This RFE gives you another shot in giving them what they want as evidence for your eligibility. DO NOT take it for granted. Wait for the letter and if it seems complicated consult a lawyer. If you fail to give the documents they need you will get a denial.

His DACA was approved but his EAD got hit with a RFE. I saw someone on this forum had that happen to them as well and the RFE for the EAD was asking if he's ever worked before with another name. So he will have to wait and see what they are requesting for on his RFE for EAD.
