Wow, was it from the bank itself? I really dont understand whats going on with my situation. Why would they need additional info anyways? For some reason they asked for the original SS card after they had my number and pulled my history.
Sorry to hear that. It sounds like they're having a problem verifying your social to your credit history. If you had an ITIN and credit history associated with it, then it takes a while for the history to transfer to your social. OR it could be that your social is still new that it's still not registering. Some others on the site are having those problems
