it really pisses me off that we we've been here illegally for 20+ yrs and she got what we always wanted and did nothing with it. not to mention the people on here waiting months on end and losing opportunities while her dumb ass is letting this slip out of her hands. i want to slap her!

Someone people are just walking potatoes and there's nothing you can do about it.
I always say "live and let die". If it comes to bite her on the ass later, well, it's not your problem. Some people just try their best to be losers. You had all kinds of idiots back in 1986 that didn't apply for the Amnesty despite being eligible. You're bound to have some who won't take advantage of DACA, and if CIR were to pass you can be sure there would be some more idiots that wouldn't apply for that either or make absolutely no use of it.
Although I know exactly how you feel, I have a bunch of retards in my immediate family as well (parents). They spend about 10 years twiddling their thumbs until they decided to see a lawyer and try fixing their status.
"Why?" you may ask, well my step father didn't care for documents until his pre-REAL ID NY Driver's License expired and when he filed for renewal the DMV told him to come to them with proof of status. That's suddenly where he woke up and decided to schedule an appointment.
If they started a year or two earlier I wouldn't have aged out. Started everything when I was 19.5 years old. Labor certification is still pending (I'm 22 now)... Unless USCIS royally fucks up in my favor, or the lawyer pulls some crazy shit, I'm left out since CSPA doesn't account for time the DOL pissed away. Since there's no precedent decisions on this whatsoever, instead it's just USCIS interpretation I wouldn't be surprised if I'd have to deal with the BoAI, or even federal courts... Either way, I've got a very uphill battle ahead of me. Can't fucking wait.
