They will not deport you if you are denied because you forgot to submit evidence or you abandoned you application.
They can deport you if they think you are a criminal or a threat to society. That being said, you should not apply if you have serious criminal charges (felonies or 3+ misdemeanors). If you do have misdemeanors, you should talk with a lawyer.
Traffic misdemeanors do not count unless it's Driving Under the Influence.

i have evidence that i had a b1-b2 that is now expired.
i have evidence that i went to an elementary, junior high, and graudated highschool in 1998.
also i have driver license ID with addresses of my previous apartments my family lived in.
