Kinda the reason why I use a courier service. A drop box is exactly that. It's a PO box that they open every week or so. So anything time critical you can miss the deadline because of their laziness.

Courier service (USPS express, UPS, or FedEx) is delivered straight to the front desk. They have little choice but to take it.
