Buenoek: the same thing happened to me. Did you change your address? Do you have a lawyer? I think my lawyer changed my address w/o letting me know and that's caused this name/address change.
10/11/14 Renewal received in lawyers office
12/22/14 Lawyer finally forwarded to USCIS and received
01/22/15 Lawyer called me that I had the Biometrics appointment....IN TEXAS!!! I live in California.
01/22/15 Biometrics walk in (CA)
02/25/15 Expired and terminated from work
03/05/15 Got text at 3:13 am that my name/address was updated
03/05/15 Case still pending
