I don't mind at all, actually everybody thinks is silly of me to keep hiring my lawyer. I lived in Texas when I first got deferred and the lawyer handled my case. As soon as I got my permit I got a job, a big girl real job in Colorado and then moved to sunny California. Given that my lawyer knew my case I thought he would just do everything right for me. Turns out, he didn't forward my case on time and now I am still waiting to hear something back besides "My case was received" and "your name was updated"
