I'm thinking of applying for AP considering my grandparents are in their 80s and have had a couple of scares but is still thankfully still here. My mother went back because we had a pretty good scare last year and decided it's best for her to be there before they went. Anyways, what kind of letters/doc does the doc need to provide? or do i just need the medical diagnosis? If they are not able to provide it, is there another way to apply? can someone please help me figure out how to apply? Thanks.
