I'm trying to get some more info regarding the process for obtaining a CA DL through AB60. I am asking for someone I know who passed their written, fulfilled their document requirements and is still waiting for a letter in the mail before being able to schedule their behind the wheel. Does this process sound about right? It has been almost 4 months since the DMV appt and every time we call, they say to keep waiting for a letter. Any tips on what we should do?
