I will repeat what I have always said "They aint got Sh!t!" they claimed obama was wrong, Why are they not confident enough to let the supreme court rule on it? They are begging SCOTUS not to take the case? This alone reaffirms they don't have two legs to stand on. The only play was "running out the clock" or hope and pray that luck will deal them a good hand in who decides the case at SCOTUS.
