but but but they told me DACA is untouchable and it wouldn't make sense to just get rid of it like that and this case would not affect daca in any way shape or form

Original DACA also falls into these, so if the court decision does go into obamas favor, DACA is indeed vulnerable from attacks. A president doesn't even need to get rid of it, states already will happily joined to bring a lawsuit. However, the supreme court seems really progressive, so lets hope it goes on our favor
