I also have a home school diploma but I registered for GED classes because at the time I got my home school (non accredited highschool) diploma they were accepting them, but they started becoming stricter on how they approved cases.

Yes, as a juvenile i had my probation officer come to my house whenever i wouldn't show up to school and find whatever excuse to violate my probation and book my in the juvenile hall. I was probably booked in to juvenile hall a good 10 times in those 5 years and every single time they took my digital fingerprints and palm prints for both hands. The least amount of time i would get locked up for was a weekend and the longest was 17 weeks or 4 months. I sealed my juvenile case and USCIS never brought it up. Yah, at first with the high school diplomas they wouldn't check them to see wether they were accredited or not. Lots of people were getting scammed out of their money and then they were also losing money with USCIS because they would deny their application. Thats why on the USCIS website they warm you against Fraudulent people that wanna scam you. Thanks, i am really hoping to get my DACA approved. I'm starting to see the bigger picture on the American Dream and how my parents are basically leaving it to me and my siblings to fulfill theirs by us fulfilling it for ourselves.
