Why would you intern at Intel if not for the opportunity to work there? I worked at Intel years ago and I never met anyone who got an internship and decided to go a different direction.
Now Intel's HR policy is very complicated because if they are not hiring USC they are hiring Indians and other foreign workers with a work visa who can be sponsored.
Deferred action isnt new but at a massive scale as DACA many companies are perplexed at understanding its nature. Part of the recent supreme court hearing was what lawful actually meant. If the supreme court is wondering what lawfully actually means chances are companies and their law firms dont know squat. How can we do anything about this when top law firms and our supreme court dont even know what lawfully entifles us with ?
