if you want a green card, then look for a partner whom your *really* see a long term potential with who is a citizen or a resident. this is tantamount to having particular wants or likes in a partner, but it is not at all the same as marrying someone you like, just because they can hook you up with a green card, and already be thinking about divorce.

it is unethical not to mention illegal to have a sham marriage.
