Hey everyone, I just noticed on the top right corner of the i-821D form indicate that it expires on 06/30/2016, and that was thew new pdf. form I downloaded from https://www.uscis.gov/i-821d
Can I still fill in my renewal with that form version or do I have to wait for a new one? Please response to this because this is urgent, thanks guys!
