1) Will you be able to adjust status (remember the "admitted or paroled" requirement in 245(a))? That's a requirement. While it could void all the bars to AOS under 245(c), would you be eligible to AOS without being admitted or paroled?

2) If not will the 3/10 year bans still apply to you. You have to remember that you're continuously in violation of law while you're in US illegally. So a pardon would cure all previous illegal presence - but would it do anything to any future one?
