There's a lot of conflicting information out there.
I know it's to no avail, but I called the USCIS hotline again. It really seems like the reps are lost just as much as us. When I talked to a rep on Monday, Nebraska was supposedly working on cases they accepted on February 28th. Today, however, I was told that they're working cases from January 30th. Also, I was told that there's nothing that can be done in the meantime to keep my job except for hope and pray that the process is done quickly, but they're backlogged and it's very unlikely.
