So 60 days and no bios... just got off the phone with Tier II rep and he submitted another request to the service center (3rd time) and he said nothing else he could do as appointments are scheduled by the service centers.

He did say that sometimes they don't even schedule ASC Notices and they just use what's already on file, highly doubt that's the case for us but nonetheless that's what he said.

I expire on 09/11 and at this point I highly doubt I will get my EAD in time, most of the blame is on me though for filing with 90ish days left.
