Here's my very long timeline.
02/04/2016 Package sent to TX Lockbox
02/09/2016 NOA received for both I-821D and I-765 dated 02/08/2016. Case routed to CA center.
02/09/2016 Online acct. created on USCIS. Only I-821D was searchable. I-765 was unable to be found. Kept telling to contact 1-800 number.
03/10/2016 Called 1-800, told me to wait for 45 days since receiving NOA
03/27/2016 Called again. Transfered me to 2nd tier. Told me biometrics letter can take up to 60-90days.
03/31/2016 Put in 1st E-request
04/15/2016 Response to 1st E-request: taking longer than usual.
04/16/2016 Called, they could not find my case online but ensured that my case is in process. (?) And put Service Request.
04/18/2016 2nd E-request (wasn't sure if the agent really put in SR, so I did it myself again)
05/25/2016 Response to SR agent put in, to make an Infopass appt.
05/25/2016 Made an Infopass appt. for 06/06/2016
05/31/2016 Response to 2nd E-request, that my letter will be sent when it's scheduled (no specific date or time).
06/03/2016 Called, same answer but could not put in SR due to time limit (my response was made w/i 30 days, they could not put another one in w/i that time period. Needed to wait more.)
06/06/2016 Infopass. Lady was not helpful at all. (Find my Infopass experience in this post).
06/09/2016 Called, cannot put in SR. My case is on time.
06/14/2016 Sent an e-mail to Congressman and filed form DHS-7001 online for Ombudsman case assistance.
06/15/2016 Checked my case status on USCIS website, still no update on I-765.
06/21/2016 Checked my case status and there it is!!! UPDATE of my status saying my appt. was scheduled and the letter will be in mail.
I've called them about 5 times, went to Infopass. But nothing helped really.
Idk if sending an e-mail to Congressman or file DHS-7001 was getting the appt. faster?
But if you still haven't received you letter more than 60 days, I definitely recommend you to do so.
It doesn't hurt to try every possible ways...
Hope to hear good news from y'all also.
