Hey guys, I'm also still waiting for my bios :/ . Unfortunately I messed up and missed my window, and so I ended up applying 105 days from my expiration... Here is my timeline

Sent packet a before days before June 12
06/12 Received letter saying that they received my information
07/14 Called, there is nothing they can do...
07/25 Called again, told that they can actually start an inquiry
08/02 Received email stating "
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your Biometrics Appointment has not been scheduled. We have requested that your Biometrics Appointment be scheduled."
08/15 called again and told to site tight and wait
08/15 filed application for online account with helpdesk, in an attempt kickstart process
08/17 received response from helpdesk, but still waiting for online code

my EAD expires on 9/22. I'm thinking about sending a Ombudsman request, but since I'm still on day 65, they will ignore, judging by the answers that I have seen in this forum. Anyone else know what else I can try?
