So USCIS says they're going in chronological order and that they're working on February applications right now but my sister who submitted paperwork at the same time as me got her DACA approved last week.
Submitted paperwork June 6th, received bio appointment for July 20 and got approved for DACA for August 18th. She got a message that her EAD is in the works. She expires September 29, 2016.
How does any of this make sense if they're going chronologically. Yet I submitted everything at the same time as her and I've yet to receive a biometrics appointment.
Do you think it has to with age or something? Anyone gotten approved above 30 years old? I'm 29 and my sister is 23.
Otherwsie they're full of BS at this point.
