Just called Ombudsman office to follow up. Operator said my case has been assigned to analyst, who will look over my case and check with the NSC person in charge of it. Then, if necessary, they may follow-up with me on any additional info is necessary.

I asked to talk to the analyst, but she wouldn't let me. She did tell me that I could request for my case to be expedited by replying to the Ombudsman confirmation email.

I'm losing hope, guys. I'm losing my job and my hope and my life.
