As I just got ELIS access yesterday, I don't know why, but I was hesitant to download my scanned applications and look at them... but I did it anyway and saw that on my I-821D, where it asks if you have even been in removal proceedings, I mistakenly answered YES
and left blank the second part of the question asking for details. Now they'll probably RFE me and I'll have my new EAD by spring. FML
