Just got off the phone with an immigration officer. She confirmed my case was in Nebraska and not California as T1 rep told me. She said my biometrics were received but they are waiting on my background check (done by 3rd party company) she mentioned these two are different. My case was last looked on August 30th so she said it is still actively being worked on. This is all the info I got.
