Yes I came to realize this too but it's rather hard for me to adjust my status, even if im a beneficiary under 245i. I mean being here almost 3 decades and no adjustment of status is rather long. And tell you how broken the immigration system is. Being able to have daca relieved some stress but also brought even more. But thats how life is sometimes, regardless of what you do.
Just have to stay positive strife for better life.
