I finally got an email this Saturday that my biometrics appt was scheduled. This was only 136 days after my petitions were filed.

As of this AM, the ELIS website still did not have my appt notice for me to print out, so I scheduled an infopass and they had an appt for 11:20AM this morning in Boston.

I went in and found that my appt had been scheduled for sept 23rd and they were able to change it to the 12th (next monday, in Providence).

I then drove 11 minutes to an ASC in Boston and, after pleading my case with the ASC manager, he allowed me to do a walk-in (but only because I'm 2 days away from expiration).

So now I wait for an approval. I think I was the last with no biometrics... or is there anyone else still out there?
