I just got back from my Infopass appointment and it was such a horrible experience. The officer that I was with is the vilest person ever. The first thing that came out of her mouth was "why are you even here if you made a service request on September." I explained to her my situation that my EAD expired on 9/18/2016 and my job is on the line and she replied with "I didn't ask that much." She said that I shouldn't sit here and demand so much and that USCIS isn't obligated to pass my case. Basically I got nothing from this appointment and learned nothing new beside being treated like a criminal.
