As soon as my application hit 105 days, I submitted an online inquiry for case outside processing time and the reply just said to wait. I also submitted an Ombudsman request and the Congressional inquiry at the same time. I also sent USCIS a message thru the ELIS system. Out of all of them I thought the Congressional inquiry was the most helpful. I hope this helps! Any other questions let me know.
