Just spoke to a Tier 2 rep....hmmmm 4 hours after my queue was placed, and she was very kind (end of day Friday kind) but she basically gave me the same shpeel about how they normally process the case within 3-4 months, when i made note of my case reaching 4 month next week she said it was a good idea to call back next week to submit a service request. She did tell me that each time a service request is placed the application is flagged to put into the attention of an officer so I think that for those of us flooding the system with requests it might start to become counterproductive. who knows. Anyways, nothing new here She just told me to call back next week. But then again it was late in the day and maybe i was her last call of the day. BTW i also have an info pass on Wednesday but from this forum I get that they are not very helpful. The ordeal continues...
