ELIS shows my 812 got approved and the case tracker says my EAD in PRODUCTION!
Been expired since 9/25, called my boss to give him the heads up and he wants the actual EAD in hand. Hopefully we can get it all next week. In other words, my leave of absence has been lifted and they are expecting me back as soon I get the card!!!!
Time to get back and support my boo thang

I have the same expiration date as you. I feel like it has been long overdue that we get our work permits. Every time I have called USCIS to speak with a Tier 2 person I am always given the same nonsense response that they give the rest of you, "keep checking case tracker, do a service request, takes up to two weeks to get a response." My response to that is I've been out of a job for almost a month now. I have no time to wait! It is ridiculous we all have to pay for a service and get crappy service in the end. We are paying for 2 year permits not 1 year and 10 months or less!
My employer will also not accept the letter of approval! Which infuriates me. They require the EAD!
