Did anyone receive an approval notice when your EAD went into production? I spoke to a tier 1 rep that says such a thing does exist, but I didn't get one. I tried to get transferred to tier 2 and she said to call back in about an hour and ask again since they are having technical difficulties. She was nice, but she could be wrong. I hate them for the lack of consistency, but it's also difficult to get at whatever rep is talking to me at that point, since obviously this is not their fault.
