I'm sure someone would like to read about my conversation with the tier 2 rep. He was super nice and said a lot of cases have been stuck because the background checks from the FBI have been taking a long time to come back. He said he's not sure why but said if I don't get anything in 10 days I should call back. That definitely sounds better than waiting 30 days but then I'm sure they'll just tell me to call back again. Oh well. I will keep bugging them.
