Hi everyone,

I recently began following this forum and it has been very helpful. I was finally approved after 5 months for my (2nd) DACA renewal on October 10, 2016. Now, I can finally apply for AP based on humanitarian reasons. I am not applying through an attorney since the application and supporting evidence are self-explanatory. However, I have not received the EAD, and according to USCIS, it is still pending production. I did receive the I-821D notice.

My question is, is the EAD necessary to get approved/show more supporting evidence for AP? I will definitely include the I-821D in my app, however I am afraid that the EAD won't be included since I still have not gotten it. I want to send out my application by the end of this week and hope for a response in mid December.
I would appreciate any advice!
