ALSO: Can anyone help me get out of public accounting and into IB? I have a finance degree (non-target school), graduated summa cum laude, and a CPA in California (passed all exams on 1st try within a year).

I know how the financial statements work and flow into each other. I'm highly rated at my Big 4 firm. I know how to work with financial models. With a little help, I can learn really quickly how to build one from scratch. I'm good with Excel -- minimal mouse use.

I know the basic valuation concepts like DCF, equity multiple, IRR, NPV, etc. Currently working my way through Investment Banking by Rosenbaum and Pearl to teach myself after I come home from work.

HELP! I really wanna leave public accounting T_T I don't care about working long hours; I care about being paid $$$$ for the hours I spend at work.
