yea, i make over 40K as a Project Manager for a language company.

except for jobs that require you to be a USC or a green card holder for X reasons, your DACA status should not hold you back. IME, employers do not care too much about it, unless they note that it expires in 2 years, so to speak; here, their risk would be losing you in 2 years. but i doubt that is often the case.

i think the main reason why some many not earn as much is because maybe before DACA, they could not work legally and thus may not have adequate experience, either because they did not work or did not work legally.

after about a year or two of experience, you should be able to step out of base pay, i think, especially if you have a degree and are good at what you do.
