Got an email from USCIS a few days ago.

App was delivered and signed off on - 12/27
USCIS received it - 1/2/17

The email stated that mine has been sent to Nebraska Center and they cashed my check. Currently waiting for the letter in the mail so I can get a case/receipt number and track it online. I forgot to mention that my EAD expires in Nov 2017 so I'm surprised that they're processing my case? Unless I'm just waiting for mail telling me that I applied too early - I don't really remember the steps for renewal since it was a while ago.
