Huge note: The President elect has said he will end DACA, but he has not mentioned anything about Deferred Action itself on a limited basis.

Many of the first dreamers who gained Deferred Action applied directly by lobbying the Secretary of Homeland Security, Chertoff. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not. That is the danger of discretion!
This is most likely the outcome. He will end the program, but if you have it, good for you... it seems to be the American/Republican way.
