I have yet to receive my EAD card. The card initially went into production on Dec 12th as per USCIS case status, and after giving them a call again, the card production date changed from Dec 12th to Jan 30th. Has this happen to anyone yet?

I have called the USCIS numerous times and they escalated the issue with an Officer/Agent. The problem is I have never received a call back from an agent yet. It's been well over 7 months now since i've applied for a renewal. The case was approved the but the production of card has been the same for the past 3 months.

What should i do??

Note: I'm currently on an expired EAD
