Hello,
Has anybody had to send back their EAD because of a name error? The error was made by them and not I. I contacted them and they said I had to send in a letter, proof of error a long with my incorrect EAD and that they would see who's error it was etc. I am 110% sure the error was theirs as I have double and triple checked and I submitted my paper work correctly.
My current EAD expires next month and it's now been a month since I send in my new and approved EAD but I haven't heard from them at all. I did contact them last month and they said I had to wait 30 days for any response.
As my current EAD/DL is now a month away from expiring I am freaking out. Has anyone else has this issue also? With everything going on I am starting to stress out so I hope someone here can help me, shed some light into my situation...
