Hello!

You shouldn't feel bad, its life and it happens to the best of us. In my case, my wallet was stolen at gunpoint. Since, I was traveling, I had my EAD and SSN with me. I just recently applied for the replacement card (Yeesterday). Per my research, you have to submit the following to get the replacement EAD:

1.I-765 Form, completelly filled out and signed. Make sure you check the "Replacement" portion.
2.I-765 WS Form, filled out
3. Proof of DACA approval, in your case a copy of the EAD and a copy of the I 827 document of approval.
4. Identifications (Copy of EAD, Copy of State license, Copy of passport, SSN scan).
5. $495 Check, this one hurts!
6. Any other supporting documentation that is relevant.

I do not know what the processing time is, but it looks like we are both on this together so I will let you know. I do recommend to do this as soon as possible!

From what I heard, you do not apply for DACA, you will apply for the EAD alone. You will however send your DACA approval in the documents.

I read somewhere that it takes between 1 to 3 months to get the EAD.
