I just had a very weird and express approval.
My daca was going to expire on april 30. I did not know if I wanted to renew because lawyers were saying they didn't know what was going to happen with daca with the new administration.
I waited and waited not knowing what to do. Once I knew DACA was not being cancel I sent my application, they received it on 02/28/17 and sent me a letter for biometrics appointment for 3/31/17 I tried a walk in on 3/29/17 in orlando fl. But they didn't want to do my fingerprints so I went on 3/31/17 again and everything was pretty fast like 15 minutes.
by then my DACA was already expired.
Now the weird thing is that on monday 04/03/17 I received an update saying that "On April 2, 2017, we ordered your card to be produced"
I don't know whats happening or if this has happened to anyone else. I just had my biometrics done in friday and two days after that I was approved.
I'm afraid that maybe this is a mistake.

Approved: 04/02/17
Now waiting for ead card
and DACA approvel notice.
