Assuming you're adjusting through marriage and you came here with inspection (you were very vague) form I-693 is a medical examination you HAVE to get done by a CIVIL SURGEON. You're missing for I-864 affidavit of support. Evidence of bona fide marriage. Passport pictures. And I would fill out g325a for I-485 it's a separate form from I-130.

I understand, some of us didn't have to fill out a I-130A if you got the forms printed prior to 2/27/17. You had to fill our form G-325A for each the wife and the husband instead.
Now, this is what I have so far:
Forms I-130, I-130A, I-485, and form G-1145 - for text/email updates.
On the special instructions page on the uscis website for I-130, it says..
"-If you are using the 02/27/17 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit a Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary.
-If you are using the 12/23/16 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit two Form G-325A, Biographic Information: one for you and one for your spouse. "
HOWEVER, in the instructions packet for form I-485, page 4, number 8. It says " you MUST submit a completed form
G-325A if you are between 14 and 79 years of age."
Now... CONFUSION BEGINS!! Do I fill our form G-325A or not?
FINALLY... form I-693. I have no idea what to do with this one. Can someone please explain it to me in as much detail as possible? Lol thanks.
