Form I-693 has to be done by a civil surgeon. Roughly 200-500$. I would call around for best prices. But you say your primary physician is one make sure he's on the uscis website. And yes page one is you the rest is the civil surgeon. Sealed and submitted with I-485. Make sure it's seal or uscis won't accept. And people not submitting I-864 are probably getting RFE. You have to complete one. Since your wife is sponsoring you. Either she has to make more than the proverty line or you can add you own income but that's something you have to look into. Yes it's very complicated. I haven't done my I-485 only I-130. But when I do I'll be doing I-864ez it's a very simple version. If you're wife is only using her income to show she can sponsor you you might be able to use I-864 ez.

Hey thanks for the quick response. And yes, I was going to post everything I have, but wanted to make sure I understood all the forms correctly.
So the I-693, I fill out page one, and the surgeon fills out the remaining and hands it back to me in a sealed envelope right? Now, does anyone know, if insurance covers any of this? Cuz if NOT, then I'm thinking I might go it for a psychical and maybe vaccinations to my primary doctor who is both listed as a civil surgeon and accepts my health insurance. And then go back with my reports with me and get the remainder of the procedures done through them for my I-693. Hoping it'd at least be cheaper that way.
Also, for form I-864, I had read that I needed it, but posts I've read on didn't have it listed as one of the forms they sent. I thought maybe since I don't have a sponsor and I'm filing mine through marriage, I might not need it. I guess I was wrong. Glad you told me. But I'm probably going to need a lot of help with this one. Seems like the most complicated. I'm the only person that my wife (born in the us) is sponsoring. So pages 6 and 7.. seems to be the most complicated. Oh and where it asks "country of domicile" do I just leave it blank? She's Hispanic is that helps..
