You're right. It is (C)(9). Thanks.
UPDATED--- her DETAILED employment history---
So for form I-864...
my wife's employment history. Quit her 4 year old job in california in September 2014.
Moved to Georgia. Started working for the trailer park community homes she lived in around feb 2015. She just has to do simple things like collect payments from the other renters and deposit the money to the company's account. The owner doesn't charge her rent to live there, and $260 cash for her job. She has a paper stating this, and was also eligible to receive food stamp benefits because of her low pay grade. She lived there with her dad, who financially supported her until recently when he just moved out. Now I support us.
Federal Income Tax Return Information
18.a. Have you filed a Federal income tax return for each of the three most recent tax years? Yes No
Do I just check NO?
And for 19a-19c where it asks for the past 3 years income amount, what do I write?
And do I check mark:
20. I was not required to file a Federal income tax return as my income was below the IRS required level and I have attached evidence to support this.
What evidence do I need?
Do I provide my tax papers for the last year with the form?
