My wife and I had our AOS interview in San Antonio last Thursday and we were approved on the spot! The interview was very informal for us. We had a nice relaxing chat with the officer who was a woman. She asked each of us our own date of births, place of birth and home address. She asked my wife a lot of personal info like phone number and what she does for a living. She prepared to answer a lot of questions about me but she wasn't asked anything about me so that caught her a bit off guard. She was also fascinated with my old US visas and kept staring at them and she made copies of it because she apparently is a "fan" of old visas. Anyway, after our interview she said she'd approve us by the afternoon and I got a case approval message on myUSCIS account. My overall feeling is that the officers already have a feeling about your case before you even walk in and they just want to verify some of the details. So if your marriage is real and you have all the documents they need, it should be approved.
