FYI...my sister lived in USA for awhile. Entered on a visitor's visa and lost her status. She married a Canadian Citizen>moved to Canada>in 3 years she obtained her Canadian Citizenship and passport.

Since then she has crossed the border to USA numerous times via car/airplane.

When she left USA she opted to enter Canada via car to avoid US customs/immigration to stamp her the 10 year ban.

Guys, last time I took the IELTS test I was amazed the kind of people pursuing an entry to Canada. Doctor, PHD student, MBA recipient, IT majors, and came across some US citizens born in USA. So overall is not a bad place...you will have to deal with the cold.
