Due to the circumstances were currently in, I would continue living with your sister until our future becomes more clear. Save your money and once we're more certain about our future buy a house or something . I feel the same way sometimes about needing personal space but I have my mother and younger brother I have to take care of. Once this shit is over with I will look into buying a second home and living on my own but until our future becomes more promising , I will stay put with big decisions.
